Sewer Project

The east side crew will continue working on Porter Avenue, the alley from Porter to Hendron Avenue behind the 300 block east of Main Street. They will also be putting in service hook-ups. The west side crew will continue to work on Lincoln Avenue running lines south to Pepperidge Estates subdivision and from Evergreen Street east to Maple Street. The grant through the DCEO pertaining to residential sewer hook-ups is still under consideration. We will update you when we know more.

Water Department

Thank you to the residents that helped in locating our last water leak. It was a residential service line. We are now back in the normal daily pumping range.

Drainage

We are also looking at improving the drainage south of the village in the Alexander, Cox, and McTaggart Industrial Park (south of the Huot 66 gas station).
